Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I last wrote a blog post. I’ve been keeping busy, but today I really wanted to sit down and figure out my direction. A lot of the times, I get drowned in working and lose sight of where I’m really going. I know that I’m doing things, but I don’t know if I’m really prioritizing what I need or should be doing. I’ve talked a lot about feeling lost recently, and I’m not sure if it’s gotten any better since the last time tbh LOL.
Today, I was struggling a lot because I was trying to fix this website and I kept running into issues with the site. I’m not sure if it’s the theme, but everything was buggy and sometimes it wouldn’t even load, or crash. I was pretty frustrated because I felt like I was spending more time trying to fix or design the layout of my site instead of creating actual content. Time is so valuable, so it was just really annoying when I couldn’t even work on what I wanted to do T__T” Sighh, I need to learn more about web development.
I was just confused because I’ve heard that wordpress is one of the best blogging sites, but sometimes I feel like it’s so unnecessarily complicated, and the themes are really limited too. I was considering purchasing one so I could elevate my design, but at the same time, I’m not sure if that would fix the lag issue. So I was just browsing and testing different themes today, and wondered if I should just transfer to Square Space lol. I’ve never tried it, but I always see ads about it about how easy it is. I use weebly for my melindatse, and even that loads faster than my current MelStory site that I paid. Ahhh anyways, that’s just a quick rant/progress update from me 🙁 I’m sad cuz I really want to have everything in my life figured out, and I get so frustrated at myself when I don’t exactly know what I’m doing.
I feel like I know the difference between MelStory and melindatse too, but I keep getting mixed up because they’re both me LOL. I just wanted a space where I could share more of my travel content, and also more of my professional/creative work that doesn’t involve MapleStory. Anyways, I’ll figure it out. I’ll update you guys when I have a clearer vision haha ^__^”
